I want to repaint a Transformers toy. So what its the best way and paint?

1. I know i need to sand the surface, so which its the suitable stuff? Transformers have small part also.
2. What its the best paint that will stick and suit for playable toy? The toy will be play and transform, what paint will not chip?

Pls advice the best method/ process, equipment/ stuff and price wise.

Thz.

basically if u plan to repaint, then u better don't play it. coz the paint will definitely drop and scratch if u play around.
